Arrival

• 12:59 AM – Depart Chicago (Alaska Air #AS 111)
• 4:37 AM – Arrive in Anchorage

Drive Anchorage ➜ Homer (~4.5 hours)

Scenic Stops Along the Way:

• Beluga Point Lookout – Ocean meets mountains; possible beluga whale sightings!
• Turnagain Arm – Coastal inlet with dramatic tides and snow-capped peaks.
• Kenai Peninsula – Stop for coffee or lunch in Soldotna or Kenai.

Afternoon in Homer

• Check-in at Land’s End Resort (panoramic views of Kachemak Bay!)
• Stroll the Homer Spit boardwalk: funky art shops, local eats, and views.

Optional

• Visit Pratt Museum ($10 pp) – Natural history and Alaskan heritage
• Watch for bald eagles and seals near the harbor.
